Racing team
Mitch, Robert’s youngest son, started karting when he was three and a half years old. After years of recreational driving together, they launched the TBKart Netherlands racing team in 2021, aiming to put the TBKart brand firmly on the map. As a leading Dutch youth karting team, they focus on developing young talent and helping them shine. After an impressive first season that really drew attention, more drivers found their way to our team. Today, the team continues to grow and compete in events, establishing themselves as a top choice for junior kart racing in the Netherlands. Together, we’re working hard to keep improving our results and we’re having a great time doing it.
Our drivers
The TBKart Netherlands racing team always brings its own equipment to every event. By working with our own well-maintained and carefully prepared material, we ensure consistent performance, reliability and the confidence that everything meets our high standards. This way, our drivers can focus entirely on racing, knowing they have the best possible setup at their disposal.
We encourage the parent(s) of our drivers to involve themselves in preparing the karts. As a matter of fact most of our drivers have their fathers as their mechanics, enhancing their mutual understanding, saving lots of money in the process and expanding the team spirit.
We provide a fully equipped team tent at every race event. This dedicated space gives our drivers a clean, organized and sheltered environment to analyze their data and to work on their karts, make adjustments and prepare for each session. With all tools and support close at hand, our tent serves as the team’s home base at the track: a place where focus, teamwork and performance come together.
